Preparation Time | 10-15 minutes |
Cooking Time | 5-10 minutes |
Total Time | 180-185 minutes |
Level of Difficulty | Easy |
Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate morsels
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Step 1: Prepare the Baking Dish
Line a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with parchment paper.
This will make it easier to remove the fudge after it has set.
Step 2: Melt Chocolate Mixture
In a large microwaveable bowl or glass measuring cup with a pouring spout, place chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
Microwave the mixture on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes, stopping and stirring every minute to ensure the chocolate melts evenly.
Step 3: Incorporate Additional Ingredients
As soon as you take the melted chocolate mixture out of the microwave, stir in the spices, vanilla extract, dried cranberries, and nuts.
Mix everything well to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Step 4: Pour and Set the Fudge
Pour the mixture into the prepared glass baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
Refrigerate for about 3 hours or until the fudge is completely set.
Step 5: Cut and Serve
Once the fudge has set, remove it from the refrigerator.
Lift it out of the baking dish using the parchment paper and place it on a cutting board.
Cut into squares and serve.
Enjoy your homemade fudge!
