| Preparation Time | 10-15 minutes |
| Cooking Time | 0-5 minutes |
| Total Time | 10-20 minutes |
| Level of Difficulty | Easy |
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 seeded jalapeno (for a milder dressing, remove all seeds and membranes)
- 1 cup fresh herbs, assorted (such as cilantro, parsley, dill)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 garlic clove (freshly minced)
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (I prefer Fage 0% fat Greek yogurt for this recipe)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (or any other neutral oil like canola)
- 1 splash water
Step 1: Prepare and Blend the Ingredients
Place all the dressing ingredients into a personal blender or a food processor.
Ensure that you include all the necessary components to form a smooth dressing.
Process the mixture until it is well blended and smooth.
This step ensures that all the flavors are thoroughly combined.
Step 2: Adjust and Refrigerate
Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning as needed.
You might want to add a bit more salt, pepper, or any other seasoning to suit your preferences.
Once satisfied with the taste, transfer the dressing to a container with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate until needed.
This helps the flavors meld together and keeps the dressing fresh.
