Preparation Time | 10-15 minutes |
Cooking Time | 40 minutes |
Total Time | 50-55 minutes |
Level of Difficulty | Easy |
Ingredients
- 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Step 1: Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Baking Dish
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
While the oven is heating, spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Step 2: Prepare the Dredge Components
On a shallow plate, combine the ranch dressing mix with the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing them together thoroughly.
On another shallow plate, place the mayonnaise, spreading it out evenly for easy coating.
Step 3: Coat the Chicken
Take each chicken breast and dredge it through the mayonnaise, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
Then, dredge the chicken through the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down lightly so the coating adheres well on both sides.
Place the coated chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish.
Step 4: Bake the Chicken
Transfer the baking dish into the preheated oven.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165°F when inserted into the thickest part of the chicken breast.
Once done, remove from the oven and serve hot.
