They’re rich, creamy, and packed with that delicious pumpkin spice flavor we all love.
Plus, they’re super easy to whip up!
Let’s dive into this sweet adventure together! 🍂✨
Preparation Time | 15-20 minutes |
Cooking Time | 0-10 minutes |
Total Time | 20-30 minutes |
Level of Difficulty | Easy |
Ingredients
- 19 oz golden oreos (family-sized pack)
- 7 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 24 oz white chocolate chips
- 2 graham crackers (crushed into crumbs)
Step 1: Create the Pumpkin Mixture
Add the golden Oreos to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
Add the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice into the food processor.
Pulse again until well blended, ensuring to stop as soon as it is fully combined to avoid overmixing.
Step 2: Form the Truffles
Using your hands, form the pumpkin mixture into balls the size of a walnut.
Roll each one in your hands until smooth and place them on an unlined cookie sheet.
Once all the truffles are formed, place the cookie sheet in the freezer for about 20 minutes to let them harden slightly.
Step 3: Melt the White Chocolate
After the truffles have hardened a bit, remove them from the freezer.
Put the chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
Stir and microwave again for another 30 seconds.
Repeat this process until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Step 4: Coat the Truffles
Drop each truffle into the melted white chocolate and use two spoons to turn and ensure it is fully coated.
Place each chocolate-coated truffle back onto the ungreased baking sheet.
Once all truffles are coated, sprinkle them with graham cracker crumbs for an added touch of flavor.
Step 5: Set and Enjoy
Leave the truffles on the countertop to cool and set.
If you’re pressed for time, you can place them in the fridge to speed up the process.
Once they are set, they’re ready to enjoy!
Bon appétit!
