Ingredients
- 250 g vanilla greek yogurt
- 2 oz heavy cream
- 1 large liquid egg white (pasteurized)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- Optional: honey (for sweetness)
- 10 g cocoa powder (for chocolate variation)
Step 1: Combine Base Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, add 250 g of vanilla Greek yogurt.
Pour in 2 oz of heavy cream and incorporate one large pasteurized liquid egg white.
Mix in half a teaspoon of vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
Step 2: Add Protein Components
Add 30 g of vanilla protein powder to the bowl.
If you prefer a chocolate flavor, substitute with chocolate protein powder and include additional 10 g of cocoa powder.
Optionally, for added sweetness, mix in honey according to your taste.
Step 3: Mix the Ingredients
Using a mixer, start combining the ingredients at a slow speed to prevent splattering.
Gradually increase the speed and continue mixing for a couple of minutes.
