Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Flour (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter (split)
  • 1 whole head of garlic (cloves peeled)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Cutlets

Start by cutting the chicken in half lengthwise so you have 4 smaller cutlets.

Generously season each cutlet with salt and pepper.
