Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chipotle sauce in adobo
- juice from 3 limes (freshly squeezed for best flavor)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (I prefer Hellmann’s mayonnaise)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (for a lighter sauce)
- 1 tsp salt
Step 1: Whisk Together Ingredients
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until they are well combined.
Make sure that the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
Step 2: Adjust Flavor and Consistency
Taste the mixture and, if desired, add a little extra lime juice to adjust the flavor and consistency.
Whisk again to ensure it’s fully integrated.
Step 3: Serve with Fish Tacos
Once you have achieved the desired flavor and consistency, serve the mixture with your favorite fish tacos.
Enjoy your meal!
