Ingredients
- 1/3 cup crushed graham crackers (for milkshake)
- 3/4 cup chilled pumpkin puree (I use Libby’s pumpkin puree)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (grade A dark, for rich flavor)
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream (high quality for best texture)
- whipped cream (for topping)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
- 3/4 cup milk (whole milk for a creamier shake)
- graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)
Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients
I recommend chilling the pumpkin puree ahead of time.
This will help keep the milkshake cold and prevent the ice cream from melting so quickly.
Make sure you have all your ingredients ready and measured out: chilled pumpkin puree, ice cream, milk, and any additional flavorings or spices you plan to use.
Step 2: Blend the Ingredients
Add all the prepared ingredients to a blender.
Process until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
This usually takes about 1-2 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.
Stop and scrape down the sides if needed to ensure everything is evenly blended.
Step 3: Serve and Garnish
Pour the blended milkshake into serving glasses.
Top with whipped cream for an extra touch of indulgence.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of the whipped cream to add a delightful crunch.
Serve immediately to enjoy the milkshake at its best.
