  • 255 grams chocolate
  • 225 grams cottage cheese
  • 6 large eggs
 

Step 1: Prepare the Oven and Separate Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

While the oven is heating up, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, placing them into two separate bowls.

 

Step 2: Combine Cottage Cheese and Chocolate Mixture

In a bowl, whip the egg yolks with the cottage cheese until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Melt the chocolate and add it to the cottage cheese and egg yolk mixture, then mix thoroughly to combine all the ingredients.

 

Step 3: Whip and Fold Egg Whites

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until solid peaks form.
