Ingredients
- ice cubes
- 2 parts cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 tsp cranberry sauce (whole berry for texture)
- rosemary sprigs (gently clapped to release aroma)
- fresh cranberries (for garnish)
- 1 part prosecco (chilled well for best fizz)
- 1 part gin (I like Hendrick’s gin for its floral notes)
Step 1: Prepare the Glass and Mix the Ingredients
Start by filling a highball glass with ice.
Pour a desired amount of gin and cranberry juice into the glass.
Add 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
Stir well to combine all the ingredients, ensuring the cranberry sauce is thoroughly mixed in.
Step 2: Top with Prosecco
Once the gin, cranberry juice, and cranberry sauce are well mixed, top the drink with Prosecco.
Pour slowly to maintain the effervescence of the Prosecco.
Step 3: Garnish and Serve
For garnish, add a few fresh cranberries to the drink.
Drizzle a bit more cranberry sauce on top for an extra burst of flavor.
Finish by adding a sprig of rosemary, which adds a festive touch and aromatic hint.
Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing cocktail!
