- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

Step 1: Prepare the Strawberries
Using a melon baller or a small spoon, carefully hollow out the insides of the strawberries to create space for the filling.
