Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken (leftover rotisserie chicken works well)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/8 tsp turmeric (for color and mild flavor)
- 1 cup diced baby carrots
- 1/8 tsp celery salt
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken base (I like Better Than Bouillon brand)

- 1 to 1 1/2 cups kluski noodles
Step 1: Sauté the Carrots
In a large pot, heat some oil over medium to medium-low heat.
Once the oil is heated, add the carrots and sauté them for 3 to 4 minutes until they start to soften.
This will help release the sweetness of the carrots and provide a nice base flavor for your dish.
Step 2: Add Seasonings and Broth
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, celery salt, and turmeric powder into the pot with the sautéed carrots.
Mix well to coat the carrots with these aromatic seasonings.
Next, pour in the chicken broth and add the chicken base.
Stir to combine all the ingredients, ensuring the chicken base is fully dissolved into the broth.
