| Preparation Time | 15-20 minutes |
| Cooking Time | 9-11 minutes |
| Total Time | 24-31 minutes |
| Level of Difficulty | Easy |
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened at room temperature)
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (I use King Arthur all-purpose flour)
- 1 1/3 cups toffee bits
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (for best flavor and aroma)
- 1 tsp baking soda
Step 1: Preheat and Prepare the Cookie Sheet
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
While the oven is heating, lightly grease a cookie sheet or line it with parchment paper to prevent the cookies from sticking.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Once combined, set the mixture aside.
This will be added to the wet ingredients later.
Step 3: Prepare the Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until well blended and creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition to ensure everything is mixed together smoothly.
Step 4: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, beating until the dough is well blended.
Once combined, stir in the toffee bits, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Step 5: Drop Dough and Bake
Drop the dough by rounded teaspoons onto the prepared cookie sheet, spacing them evenly.
Bake the cookies for 9 to 11 minutes or until they are lightly browned around the edges.
Step 6: Cool and Serve
After baking, allow the cookies to cool slightly on the cookie sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, enjoy your delicious toffee bit cookies!

Hi, what does 4 servings mean? How many cookies will this recipe make? Thank you so much!
Depends on the size. Around 6 to 12 🙂
