Let’s get cooking and dip into something delicious!

| Preparation Time | 10-15 minutes |
| Cooking Time | 15-20 minutes |
| Total Time | 25-35 minutes |
| Level of Difficulty | Easy |
Ingredients
For the dip:
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 3/4 cup marinara sauce (your favorite brand will work)
- 1/2 tsp Italian herbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated is best)
- 1 oz pepperoni (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups cottage cheese (I prefer Daisy brand for creaminess)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
For dipping:
- crackers
- vegetables
- breadsticks
- crostini
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
This ensures the oven is at the right temperature when you’re ready to bake your dish.
Step 2: Blend the Cheese Mixture
In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Blend these ingredients until smooth to create a creamy base for your dip.
Step 3: Layer the Ingredients
In a casserole dish, start by spreading a layer of the blended cottage cheese mixture.
Next, add a layer of marinara sauce, followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Finish by topping with pepperoni slices.
Ensure each layer is evenly distributed for the best flavor combination.
Step 4: Bake and Broil
Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
After this, turn the oven to broil and return the dish for an additional 2 minutes.
Keep a close eye on the dish to prevent burning during broiling.
Step 5: Serve Warm and Enjoy
Carefully remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
Serve the warm dip with fresh veggies, crackers, pita chips, or tortilla chips.
Enjoy the creamy and flavorful dip with your favorite dippers!
