- 0.9 oz blueberries
- 0.2 oz peanut butter (natural and creamy is best)
- 0.9 oz chopped apples (any crisp variety like Fuji or Honeycrisp)
- 0.4 oz granola (for added crunch)
- 3.5 oz low-fat cottage cheese (I prefer Daisy brand)
- 0.9 oz chopped peaches
Step 1: Combine Cottage Cheese and Greek Yogurt
In a bowl, stir together 100 grams of low-fat cottage cheese and 100 grams of vanilla Greek yogurt until well combined.
