Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1 1/2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- Mini chocolate chips
- Coarse sea salt
Step 1: Blend the Base Mixture
Start by placing the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Combine Dry Ingredients
Once you have a smooth cottage cheese mixture, transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, and chocolate protein powder to the bowl.
Mix these dry ingredients together until they are well combined with the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 3: Fold in Chocolate Chips
Next, gently fold in the mini chocolate chips into the combined mixture.
Make sure the chocolate chips are evenly distributed throughout the mixture for the best flavor in each bite.
Step 4: Finish and Garnish
Once everything is mixed thoroughly, top the dessert with a sprinkle of coarse sea salt for an extra flavor boost.
This adds a delightful contrast to the sweetness.
Step 5: Serve or Store
Enjoy the dessert immediately for a fresh taste, or store it in the fridge for up to 2 days if you wish to enjoy it later.
If stored, make sure to cover it to keep it fresh.
