Ingredients
- 1 cup plain fat-free greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup granola clusters
- 6 strawberries
- 1 apple
- 1 scoop protein powder, optional (refer to note 1)
Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt Base
Add Greek yogurt to a large bowl.
If you are using protein powder for an extra protein boost, mix it into the yogurt.
Add a small amount of water and continue mixing until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Prepare and Add the Fruit
Wash the strawberries and apple thoroughly.
Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Once done, top the yogurt mixture with the chopped strawberries and apple, spreading them out evenly.
Step 3: Add the Granola
Finish by sprinkling granola clusters on top of the fruit and yogurt mixture.
This will add a delightful crunch and extra flavor.
