Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain fat-free greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup granola clusters
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 apple
  • 1 scoop protein powder, optional (refer to note 1)

Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt Base

Add Greek yogurt to a large bowl.

Add a small amount of water and continue mixing until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
