Ingredients
- Wide flat noodles (pasta)
- Several slices of bacon
- 8-9 oz. cottage cheese
- 3-4 tbsp sour cream
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- Salt
- Pepper
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions.
Make sure to use a pot of boiling salted water for the best results.
Once cooked, set it aside and prepare your other ingredients.
Step 2: Prepare the Bacon
Take several slices of bacon and cut them into small pieces.
In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until it becomes crispy and golden brown.
This should take about 5-7 minutes.
Once crispy, remove the skillet from heat but keep the bacon in the skillet for now.
Step 3: Make the Cottage Cheese Sauce
In a separate bowl, combine 8-9 oz.
of cottage cheese, 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 clove of minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
