- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Step 1: Cook the Chicken
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add in the avocado oil followed by the chicken pieces.
Season the chicken with your chosen seasonings.
Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
