Hi friends!
Are you in the holiday spirit yet? If not, I’ve got a sweet treat that will definitely get you there!
Today, I’m sharing my delightful Christmas cookie fudge recipe.
It’s rich, festive, and packed with all those cozy flavors we love this time of year.
Plus, it’s super easy to whip up and makes a great gift!
Let’s spread some holiday cheer together – let’s make this fudge!
Ingredient Substitutions
White chocolate chips can be replaced with milk chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips for a different flavor profile. For a dairy-free option, use vegan white chocolate chips or carob chips, maintaining a similar texture and sweetness. Adjust melting time as needed, as different types of chocolate may melt at varying rates.
Sugar cookie mix can be substituted with a homemade blend of 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt. This allows for more control over ingredients and accommodates those avoiding pre-made mixes. For a gluten-free option, use a gluten-free flour blend in the same proportions.
Sweetened condensed milk can be replaced with a mixture of 1 cup heavy cream and 1/3 cup sugar, simmered until thickened. For a vegan alternative, use full-fat coconut milk combined with sugar, cooked down to a similar consistency. These substitutions may slightly alter the fudge’s texture and cooking time, so monitor closely during preparation.

Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups sugar cookie mix
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Non-stick spray
- Festive sprinkles
Step 1: Prepare the Baking Pan
Begin by preparing an 8×8 square baking pan.
Line it with aluminum foil or parchment paper, ensuring that the paper extends over the edges for easy removal later.
Coat the parchment paper with butter or a non-stick cooking spray so that the Christmas cookie fudge will easily come out of the pan once it’s set.
Step 2: Heat the Sweetened Condensed Milk
Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a medium saucepan.
Heat it over medium heat for approximately 4 minutes.
Stir constantly to avoid burning and ensure the milk is heated evenly throughout.
Make sure not to let it boil, as this can affect the consistency of the fudge.
Step 3: Melt the White Chocolate Chips
Add the white chocolate chips to the heated sweetened condensed milk.
Continue stirring until the chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Incorporate Butter and Sugar Cookie Mix
Remove the saucepan from the heat.
Stir in the butter and sugar cookie mix.
Mix until both ingredients are thoroughly incorporated into the fudge mixture, producing a consistent texture throughout.
Step 5: Pour and Set the Fudge
Pour the fudge mixture into your prepared baking pan.
Spread it evenly using a spatula to ensure a smooth surface.
Add holiday sprinkles on top for a festive touch.
Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to let the fudge set up properly.
Step 6: Finalize and Cut the Fudge
After the fudge has set, remove it from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
This will make it easier to cut.
Using a sharp knife, cut the fudge into 16 even pieces.
Enjoy your festive and delicious Christmas cookie fudge!
