Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 ounces broccoli florets
- 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 knorr chicken broccoli rice side dish
- 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese (split)
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Start by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Then, cut the broccoli into small, uniform florets.
This ensures even cooking and a pleasing texture throughout the dish.
Step 2: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
This allows the oven to reach the proper temperature while you assemble the casserole.
Step 3: Assemble the Casserole
Take a 3-quart casserole dish and place the cut chicken and broccoli florets into it.
Add the chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup, followed by the Knorr rice packet.
