Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
For the fruit:
- 1 honeydew melon
- 1 nectarine (ripe, diced into 1/2-inch pieces)
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 watermelon
For the seasoning:

- pepper
For the topping:
- fresh mint (finely chopped for garnish)
- 1 tbsp shelled pistachios (I use Wonderful brand, roughly chopped)
Step 1: Prepare the Base
