| Cooking Time | 0-5 minutes |
| Total Time | 10-20 minutes |
| Level of Difficulty | Easy |
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain cottage cheese (I prefer Daisy brand for creaminess)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp salt (fine sea salt works well)
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (room temperature for smoother blending)
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1 garlic clove (freshly minced for best flavor)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Step 1: Prepare and Combine Ingredients
In a food processor, add the following ingredients: 1 cup of cottage cheese, juice from 1 lemon, ½ cup of Greek yogurt, ¼ cup of chives, ¼ cup of parsley, ¼ cup of dill, 1 clove of garlic, salt to taste, and black pepper to taste.
Step 2: Blend Until Smooth
Blend the mixture in the food processor until it becomes smooth and well-combined.
Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides if necessary to ensure an even texture.
Step 3: Serve and Enjoy
Transfer the dip to a serving dish and pair it with your favorite fresh chopped veggies or crackers.
The dip is now ready to enjoy!
Step 4: Store Leftovers
If you have any leftover dip, store it in a sealed container in the fridge.
It will stay fresh for up to 5 days, so you can enjoy it throughout the week.
