Ingredients
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (finely chopped)
- 1 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (I use Colavita)
- 2 minced garlic cloves (freshly minced for best flavor)
Step 1: Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, dill, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and sea salt until well combined.
Make sure all the ingredients are evenly incorporated to ensure a consistent flavor.
Step 2: Taste and Adjust Seasoning
Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Add more sea salt if you prefer a saltier dip or sauce.
You can also adjust the other ingredients, such as adding more lemon juice for extra tanginess or more dill for a stronger herb flavor.
Step 3: Serve
Serve the Greek yogurt dip with fresh veggies for dipping.
It can also be used as a sauce over your favorite dishes, adding a flavorful and creamy touch.
Enjoy!
