Preparation Time | 10-15 minutes |

Level of Difficulty | Easy |
Ingredients
- 12 oz thick greek yogurt (about 1.5 cups or 250 ml)
- 8-10 minced garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil (optional)
- Pinch of chili flakes
Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt
Start by removing the excess water from the yogurt.
You can do this by straining the yogurt or carefully tipping the yogurt tub at a 120-degree angle to let the water drain out.
Once the water is removed, whisk the yogurt until it achieves a creamy texture.
Step 2: Mix in the Ingredients
After achieving a creamy yogurt texture, add all the remaining ingredients into the yogurt.
Stir everything together until well combined.
This step ensures that all flavors are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt.
Step 3: Chill and Enhance Flavor
For the best taste, refrigerate the yogurt mixture for 20-30 minutes.
This allows the flavors to meld together and the yogurt to firm up slightly.
Optional Step: Add Final Touches Before Serving
Before serving, you can optionally drizzle the yogurt with olive oil and sprinkle some chili flakes on top for an extra burst of flavor and a touch of heat.
