- 1.5 to 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs (trimmed of excess fat)
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Pan
