Plus, they taste amazing and will brighten up any holiday gathering.
Let’s get into the holiday spirit and start baking!

| Preparation Time | 15-20 minutes |
| Cooking Time | 10-13 minutes |
| Total Time | 25-33 minutes |
| Level of Difficulty | Easy |
Ingredients
- 1 pkg snickerdoodle cookie mix (without cinnamon-sugar packet)
- 3 tbsp blue gelatin powder
- 3 tbsp yellow gelatin powder
- 3 tbsp green gelatin powder
- 3 tbsp red gelatin powder (such as Jell-O brand, for vibrant color)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled slightly)
- 1 cup white sugar (for rolling the cookies)
- 1 large egg
Step 1: Prepare the Oven and Sheet Pan
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
While the oven is heating up, prepare a sheet pan by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
This will prevent the cookies from sticking and make cleanup easier.
Step 2: Mix the Cookie Dough
In a large bowl, combine the cookie mix, melted butter, and egg.
Stir until the ingredients are fully combined, forming a smooth dough.
Step 3: Divide and Color the Dough
Separate the cookie dough evenly into four small mixing bowls.
To each bowl, knead in 3 tablespoons of a different color of flavored gelatin.
Use your hands for this step to evenly distribute the color.
By the end, you should have four separate bowls of different colored dough.
Step 4: Form and Coat the Cookie Balls
Place some sugar in a shallow bowl.
Scoop out dough using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop and roll each portion into a ball.
Then roll each ball in the sugar until it is completely coated.
Step 5: Bake the Cookies
Place the sugar-coated dough balls on the prepared sheet pan, ensuring there is approximately 2 inches of space between each cookie to allow for spreading.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-13 minutes or until the tops of the cookies are firm to the touch.
If you notice the tops starting to turn golden, remove them to avoid overcooking.
Step 6: Cool and Enjoy
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 3-5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Enjoy your colorful, flavorful cookies either warm or cooled!

Why can’t u make these with your dough?
