- 8 tablespoons (113g) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup (130g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup (80g) sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 3/4 cup (260g) flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/3 cup (50g) any crushed nuts

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Then, add 1/3 cup (80g) of sugar, 1 egg, and the zest of 1 lemon and 1 orange.
Mix again until the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
Step 3: Combine the Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 3/4 cup (260g) of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and any mixed spices of your choice.
