Ingredients
- 996 grams 2% cottage cheese
- 31 grams vanilla whey protein powder
- 5 grams oreo pudding mix
- 29 grams oreo thins
- 5 grams zero calorie sweetener
- 2 grams vanilla extract
Step 1: Gather and Prepare Ingredients
Collect the following ingredients: 996 grams of 2% cottage cheese, 31 grams of vanilla whey protein powder, 5 grams of Oreo pudding mix, 29 grams (4 cookies) of Oreo thins, 5 grams of zero-calorie sweetener, and 2 grams of vanilla extract.
Step 2: Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, add the cottage cheese, vanilla whey protein powder, Oreo pudding mix, 2 of the Oreo thins (crushed into small pieces, and set aside the remaining 2 for topping), zero-calorie sweetener, and vanilla extract.
Mix them together to distribute the ingredients evenly.
Step 3: Blend the Mixture
Transfer the mixed ingredients into a blender.
Blend the mixture for a few minutes until it is smooth and well-blended.
Step 4: Transfer and Top
Pour the smooth mixture into a large meal prep container.
Break the remaining 2 Oreo thins into pieces and sprinkle them on top of the mixture.
Use a spoon to gently submerge some of the Oreo pieces into the mixture for added flavor.
Step 5: Chill and Serve
Cover the container with a lid and place it in the fridge.
Allow the mixture to firm up for at least 2 hours (longer if desired).
Once the ice cream has firmed up, remove the container from the fridge, scoop out portions, and serve.
Enjoy your creamy, high-protein ice cream!
