Ingredients
- 1 cup plain cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Garnish: drizzle of olive oil
- Garnish: extra chopped pickles

Step 1: Blend the Cottage Cheese
In a small food processor, place 1 cup of cottage cheese and pulse until smooth.
This will form the creamy base for your dip.
Step 2: Combine Ingredients
Transfer the smooth cottage cheese to a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of chopped pickles, 2 tablespoons of pickle juice, 2 teaspoons of white wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the bowl.
