Level of Difficulty | Easy |
Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized zucchini
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove
Step 1: Prepare the Zucchini
Start by grating 2 medium zucchinis.
Place the grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible.
This will help prevent the dip from becoming too watery.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the squeezed zucchini with 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 cup of shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar), and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
Mix all the ingredients together until everything is well combined.
Step 3: Refrigerate the Mixture
Transfer the zucchini mixture to a serving bowl.
Cover it and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
This chilling time allows the flavors to meld together, giving you a more flavorful dip.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
Once the dip has chilled, it’s ready to serve.
Present the dip with your choice of crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
Enjoy your refreshing and tasty zucchini dip!
