Ingredients
- everything seasoning (for sprinkling on top)
- 5 oz whole milk cottage cheese (full-fat for best texture)
- 1 egg (large)
- 1 ripe avocado (about 1 cup mashed)
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Begin by preparing your ingredients. Peel and pit 1 ripe avocado, and place it in a mixing bowl.
Add 142 grams (one 5oz container) of organic whole milk cottage cheese and 1 egg to the bowl.
If you’re using everything seasoning for extra flavor, add that as well. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Step 2: Transfer Mixture to Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, transfer the avocado and cottage cheese mixture onto the lined baking sheet, creating small mounds or shapes as you prefer.
Step 3: Bake the Mixture
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Once your oven is preheated, place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the mixture is set and lightly browned.
