Ingredients

  • everything seasoning (for sprinkling on top)
  • 5 oz whole milk cottage cheese (full-fat for best texture)
  • 1 egg (large)
  • 1 ripe avocado (about 1 cup mashed)

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Begin by preparing your ingredients. Peel and pit 1 ripe avocado, and place it in a mixing bowl.

Add 142 grams (one 5oz container) of organic whole milk cottage cheese and 1 egg to the bowl.

If you’re using everything seasoning for extra flavor, add that as well. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.

Step 2: Transfer Mixture to Baking Sheet
